Where we began

Since our inception in 2016 as a legacy to Nadell Patisserie, our kitchen has grown substantially due to the need for great tasting desserts, pastries and cakes, and is now well known throughout England's hospitality industry for our diverse range of bespoke desserts and savouries. 


As a traditional family-owned company, we are committed to using the highest quality natural ingredients and traditional baking and mixing methods. Our inspiration originated from the traditional English, French and American cakes and tarts, and it has now grown to stem from the culture that is breathing life into London’s ever-growing food and dessert scene. 


Our mission lies in creating connections for our clients, creating memories and celebrating moments through the sharing of the most delicious desserts we create for you.
